Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your shoes please contact us within 24 hrs after receiving your parcel.
Exchange possible if design, color or size is totally different from order.
Please make a video while opening the parcel and if you find the shoes in the parcel is tampered or missing, please contact us.
No complaints will be entertained without parcel opening video.
We use standard Euro sizes for perfect fitting which could adjust with your feet. Still you feel to exchange then notify us within 24 hrs and send the pair with packing to our address within 3 working days.
While exchanging shoes delivery charges will be apply on customer.
Sale items will not be exchange.
